產(chǎn)品概述：
本產(chǎn)品適應(yīng)南網(wǎng)要求的不銹鋼外殼而開發(fā)的全密封機(jī)構(gòu)，因使用環(huán)境對(duì)產(chǎn)品可靠性的影響，如凝露、沿海腐蝕環(huán)境等對(duì)電鍍件、電氣元件的性能影響很大，嚴(yán)重降低產(chǎn)品使用周期，經(jīng)常需要去維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，對(duì)智能化自動(dòng)化的推廣起到制約作用。所以一款能防水，且體積小，功能齊全，經(jīng)濟(jì)型比較高的機(jī)構(gòu)來達(dá)到防凝露、防水、防腐蝕功能要求的操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，即防護(hù)等級(jí)要求IP67。
本產(chǎn)品通過外殼與底板將機(jī)構(gòu)封裝在里面，機(jī)構(gòu)高度控制在260mm以下，操作、指示、按鈕等通過密封圈伸出外殼，電氣元件等通過航空插座將點(diǎn)位引出，以此來達(dá)到TP65密封要求。特殊處理后可做到IP67密封要求，適用于防凝露、防腐蝕等特殊環(huán)境場(chǎng)合使用。

This product encapsulates the mechanism through the shell and the bottom plate, the height of the mechanism is controlled below 260mm, the operation, instructions, buttons, etc. extend out of the shell through the sealing ring, and the electrical components lead out the point through the aviation socket, so as to meet the TP65 sealing requirements. After special treatment, it can achieve IP67 sealing requirements, and is suitable for use in special environmental occasions such as anti-condensation and anti-corrosion.
