XGN口-12所配CT型彈簧操作機構為額定電壓12KV交流金屬封閉式永磁開關的配套設備，該機構采用連桿傳動，開關在電磁控制下帶到手分機構合閘，通過手分操作軸連桿傳動將開關分閘。動作過程配有行程。工作位置為合閘、分閘二個工位，合閘與分閘配有過中彈簧使行程能到位可靠。該產(chǎn)品具有體積適中，安裝使用方便和適用性強的特點。
